Terms and Conditions
Before we begin work on your website, we require 50% deposit of the official quote. Then 25% of the total is due half way through the site's design. The balance is to be paid before the site will be uploaded to your domain. If circumstances do not allow you to do so, please contact us for more information on our payment plan. We want E-commerce for everyone! The quote may not include any additional services you may desire. Any services provided by Sage Fish that are not covered in your official quote, will incur rate of up to $50.00 per hour, or at our standard rate for the specific service. You will be notified before any extra work is done, and will not be carried out without your approval.
If for any reason you decide not to complete of your site, you will be charged for all work done up until that point.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with the work provided by Sage Fish, don't hesitate to let us know. It is your feedback during the design process that molds your website's design. If you don't let us know of any dissatisfaction, we can't make it right!
